- Information from payment partners like PhonePe, courier/logistics partners, and fraud prevention agencies.

7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
8.1. Non-Refundable Transactions
- Payments made for gold purchases or savings plan contributions are final and non-refundable, except in cases mentioned in 8.2.
- No refunds for partial usage, plan changes, or accidental purchases.
8.2. Refunds Due to Failed or Duplicate Transactions
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
- Failed Transaction – Payment is debited from your account but not reflected in our system.
- Duplicate Payment – The same transaction is charged more than once.
- The amount will be auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If not refunded within this period, contact support with transaction ID, date, and payment proof.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method in 7–10 working days.
8.3. Gold Plan Cancellations
- Gold savings plans can be closed at the user’s request, subject to the Gold Scheme Agreement.
- Accumulated gold will be settled either via physical delivery (with applicable making & delivery charges) or as per our buyback policy at the prevailing market rate.
8.4. How to Request a Refund

- Provide: Full name, registered mobile number, transaction ID, date, and payment method used.
- Approved refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
